Viridian keeps on top of print volume and velocity with Windsor

Viridian is a housing association providing social housing to over 30,000 residents across London and the South East, the Midlands and West Sussex. The organisation has around 16,000 homes and works with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe and sustainable communities. The association relies on printed materials to keep its residents up to date and staff informed. This includes leaflets, a customer newspaper, business cards, training manuals and even fridge magnets. To help produce the volumes required, whilst maintaining quality at an affordable price point, Viridian needed to work with a print company that understands its needs and can turn volume around quickly when required, without compromising on standards.

A key project undertaken by Windsor is the production of Viridian’s resident newspaper “Link”, three times a year. Distributed to all 16,000 properties this is a huge undertaking as well as a great opportunity for the association to engage with its residents and keep them up to date.

The purpose of our newspaper means that it needs to be eye catching and designed with care and attention. Windsor truly brings our vision to life, ensuring that colours are vibrant and high grade paper used for a quality finish,” explains Andrew.

As well as this project, Windsor has also produced manuals for maintenance technicians with illustrated installation guidelines, for everything from kitchens to level access showers. “The feedback from the team on the quality and finished product has been extremely positive,” adds Andrew. More recently, Windsor has worked with Viridian on its digital needs, creating PDFs of reports with hyperlinks and contents pages.

The personal and professional service has been the backbone of a successful partnership between Viridian and Windsor. Regular meetings and support with planning projects and achieving deadlines has ensured great results are delivered time and time again.
