Working with Windsor, the church groups have been able to explore new digital printing options and on-demand services to improve the production and delivery of content to its congregation, resulting in significant efficiency gains.

When it comes to communicating with their congregations and spreading the Christian faith, church groups rely heavily on printed material. For churches Holy Trinity Brompton and Christ Church Spitalfields, and global Christian charity Alpha International, Phil Williams needs to produce informative and engaging literature across a number of different formats including leaflets, booklets and signage. When looking for a print partner, it was important for Phil to work with someone who could deliver high quality products across multiple formats at a great price point. As an innovative and progressive organisation, Phil was also keen to explore an on demand print and distribution strategy to help reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

The print industry never stands still and we needed to work with a print partner that embraces change and keeps up with the times. For us, Windsor is that partner and over the past six years the company has helped us to embrace new digital formats and put in place on-demand services to reduce our warehousing costs and significantly improve print processes and efficiencies,” explains Phil.

Phil has worked with Windsor on a number of print projects across multiple formats including litho, digital and high quality finishing, for a variety of material including flyers, posters, leaflets, booklets, books, vinyl, signage and presentation media. During this time various distribution models have been used including print and digital, to meet the audience needs and make the most of available budgets.

Windsor has been instrumental in helping us navigate a challenging market, as media consumption continues to move towards online channels. We have worked with them to embrace new distribution models and ensure we take the best approach for each project. We have a great working relationship and have found a trustworthy, reliable partner in Windsor” adds Phil.

Phil plans to continue his relationship with Windsor and explore new opportunities and ways of reaching and engaging with his audience.
